Order

We ask for personal information when ordering. A customer must provide their personal information (such as their name and address). We do not take any banking information because we only process through our payment systems that we have carefully chosen for their reputation, reputation and security – bank transfer, Interac transfer and check.

Graphix Graphic Design does not retain data for use with newsletter systems, social networks or for statistical purposes. The only data we keep is in our billing system (Momenteo) which has a high privacy policy and security system https://momenteo.com/security. We have a protected folder on OneDrive professional including your logos as well as all your visuals used on the Web or printed. You can at any time request to delete your personal information or your visuals through our technology agent by writing to info@graphixdesign.ca. When you stop using our services, the data used for billing, Correspondence emails as well as your visual files are then deleted from the main computer.

We retain it (1) as long as necessary for the performance of the Services and the reason for collecting the personal information, or (2) as long as required by law. We apply the longer retention period between these two options. When you request deletion of your account or your account is deactivated, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

The rights you have over your data

If you have requested a quote, you have sent us an email, you use our graphic and/or web design services, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we have about you, including those you provided to us. You can also request the deletion of personal data concerning you. This does not take into account data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Litespeed cache and WP Rocket

This site uses caching to facilitate faster response time and a better user experience. Caching potentially stores a copy of every web page displayed on that site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessible to a third party unless necessary to obtain technical support from the cache extension vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but can easily be purged by the administrator before natural expiration, if necessary.
